I booked a room for 3 people, so I checked before making the reservation if it was possible to issue a receipt divided into 3 equal amounts, and the answer was yes, so I made the reservation. We pay on site instead of paying in advance. Despite this, when I checked out, the receptionist said that they could not create a receipt right away, and that they would send it by email. The email was one receipt and was not divided into 3 receipts, and I ordered them to be separated, but it was not possible. Additionally, breakfast was included in the cost even though we had canceled. The reason from the hotel's side is that check-in is at 11 p.m., so there's no way you can eat breakfast that day, and check-out is at 3 a.m., so you also can't eat breakfast. It's a terrible "rip-off".
I am writing this review because they did not provide me with a receipt as promised and did not charge me the correct cost.
