Property is NOT up to date. There ARE MOLDS and STAINS on the walls, bed sheet and bed frames. After finding lots of mold in the bathroom walls, I explain to the front desk I cannot stay in the hotel and would like a refund since I booked the hotel a couple hours prior. Staff told me to contact Expedia for the refund and that they’ll also move me to another room. I never asked to be upgraded but they upgraded me. The new room also have stains and mold. I woke up the next day and was SICK! Mind you, it was my 1st day on my vacation. I was pissed off, packed my stuff and checked out. Staff assured me I would get my refund once Expedia released it to them. They even checked me out on their system and said everything is fine. I had to book another new hotel (so much cleaner and nicer)! Now I’m fighting for my refund back and they’re unwilling to cooperate saying they never agreed to refund me! What a piece of crap hotel. If you don’t mind sleeping with molds and stains, then sleep here! Otherwise, avoid at all cost!! *FALSE ADVERTISEMENT HOTEL*

This is a strange hotel, has a seemingly unused massage area at the front, and another business or two before you reach the check in. I was upgraded from a “superior” room - the room I got was intensely basic. The safe didn’t work, strange green light above the bed, windows blocked by walls so it was always dark, shower ran lightly and switched in and out of hot and cold. The reception was always completely deserted after midnight. The hotel is on a super interesting and busy street, lots of street vendors, and a street market most days that was a challenge to get through. Very close to the rail link for the airport.

We had requested a room on a higher floor and were given room 812 which consisted of a large room (with fridge, TV, kettle (no cups/supplies), desk, chair, plenty of storage), en-suite bathroom with shower/bath combo (2 bath towels (no hand towels), bathmat, soap dispenser, shower cap, toothbrushes) and small balcony (no furniture). Rather strangely, there was a large “window” between the bathroom and bedroom with a drop-down blind (in the bedroom) that could be lowered to give you privacy. The aircon, hairdryer and Wifi (code changed daily) worked well. There was a slight leak from the shower/bath (not enough to bother us). Despite overlooking the street, there was no noticeable noise. The room safe was free and two bottles of complimentary water were provided daily. Everything was clean and well-presented and housekeeping throughout our stay was good. The breakfast/restaurant/bar area was on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet selection was not big but good enough and offered western and asian items as well as fresh fruit, bread/toast, juice, tea and coffee. Dishes were quickly replenished when necessary. We had dinner in the restaurant on one occasion and 2 meals with 2 beers was less than 500 baht. The lobby area offered a water dispenser, tour desk and comfortable seating. The hotel was towards the end of a small alley-road and only 5 minutes walk from Ratchaparop Train Station using the shortcut. Pratunam Market and various Malls were a few minutes walk away and

I like the lobby, but other than that the room is dirty, breakfast not worth it, for the money could have had a better value. Not impressed.
