The village hotel has a lot to offer. Swimming pool, gym and restaurant were all very good. The issue we had was with our room. The toilet didn't work, kept blocking, the public toilets were also on a state and left that way over night and the following day. We reported the issue twice to reception and it wasn't dealt with. On checking out we mentioned the issues again, and the staff were polite and very apologetic, the outcome was we got the cheapest night of our stay refunded. We had bought bleach, to try and rectify the problem l, and spoke to reception and nothing was sorted. After speaking with the manger someone did come and unblock the toilet on the morning of checkout. The window handle was also broken so we couldn't open the window and the bedside Lamps also didn't work.

Great Stay
Hotel was excellent. We had dinner and drinks in the bar on the Friday night, drinks were a little expensive but food was great. Location was perfect for us as we were going to Ascot Race course which was approx 10 minutes drive. Overall, great stay.

The Rzeszow Grand Boutique Hotel
A great hotel, staff were amazingly helpful and polite. The room whilst small was very comfortable and the bed amazingly so. It also had a very nice bathroom. The architecture was also lovely. We also got to use the pool and spa all to ourselves. All I would say is that if you plan to stay on a Friday night you might want to ask for a room where the sound of club music in the basement is less audible. For me it wasn’t a problem as a music lover, the rhythmic sounds of the music actually sent me to sleep.

Great Hotel for the value
Overall we really enjoyed this hotel. The aesthetics of it were great and it was super clean and comfortable. My only criticism is that the staff in the restaurant aren’t the most helpful. We stood around waiting for service multiple times (as did other guests). We even ordered room service and I had to go down and ask about it bec it didn’t show up more than 1/2 hour after its expected time. They had to reorder it and finally delivered it to our room. The breakfast was great the first morning we had it, but the 2nd day they started clearing everything out early.

Decent Hotel
My go to hotel in Bracknell - foods spot on, gyms great, rooms are decent. Could do with more light in the rooms, they’re very dark. And this time around my bedding was dirty which wasn’t nice!
