Wonderful view of the Pest side of the city through beautiful, big French windows. Food was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone: absolutely loved the place!!

The property is in a nice place, but facilities are horrible. The staff were polite, but i had to call for Hot water not working, someone cane and fixed it but after a while it went again. The A/C was not working and i was sweating all night as it was a corner room. Someone cane to fix it but rather than fixing it, just turned it off and left. I mean the staff is polite but it was like sauna in the room.

It was central to every thing. If I had to travel back to Budapest I would definitely stay at the Park Plaza. The staff were friendly and very helpful they made this trip extra special for my husband’s 60th. Can’t fault this hotel at all. Thank you once again.

Very nice lobby area. Rooms huge and very clean. Bar nice too, all staff were amazing- very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Slight downside was that there was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower. Only discovered this half way through my shower. Was fixed as soon as mentioned to reception though. Also, the lock on our room stopped working so we had to change rooms half way through. It wasn’t really a problem but we went from a room with a working fridge to one where the fridge didn’t work. When we explained this to reception and asked if we could have a working fridge, we were told ‘none of the fridges in the rooms worked’ but we knew this wasn’t true as the fridge in the first room worked! Overall we would definitely stay again, but they just need to iron out those little issues. I’d definitely recommend upgrading your room to the Danube and Parliament building view.

Fantastic place!! I will definitely be back!! Great location, beautiful views, wonderful service!! They have a full bar, a fitness center and on site spa! The room was perfect, comfortable and clean with a deep tub!

Good stay
Perfect location, walkable to the city centre and a few other touristy spots. Good stay except for the fact that the hotel staff kept forgetting about the housekeeping each day. I had to call up to request them to clean the room each day!
