Front desk staff failed to inform us our airport transfer arrived, let them leave and had to book a taxi to make it to our flight. Hotel staff took zero responsibility claiming BD travel was a different company not their resort. But BD Travel called resort and gave a name of the person they informed they arrived.

Spent 1 week here and found it to be truly excellent! The activities, employees and atmosphere were all great and I would recommend it to anyone looking. This is my 2nd stay at excellence resort and both of them are really nice and property is clean, maintained and well manicured.

This resort was amazing! It was nice going to an all adult all inclusive resort that was not tied to another resort. The people were extremely friendly. Amazing service and outstanding food! Great beach and great pools! The resort itself was very beautiful, the nicest in the area. We will definitely be going back again!
