Travel with partner for 5 days. Second time at temptation. Had a great time , staff were supportive, room was always clean , if anything needed to be adjusted the staff response was almost immediately. The part I was not to happy about continue to be the lack of other food choices. There was not vegan or vegetarian options. Thanks to Adali and Martha from the Amores restaurant they were very supportive they made sure to have some food options even when this was not include in the menu of the day. We visit last August , the night entertainment was much better than now ( February). The live music at the restaurant was also great I did enjoyed the show , I will definitely encourage more of that. I will recommend this hotel .

Very low end place. Cancun is getting disgusting and the beach and water is trash. This was a nasty resort and we didn’t want to even sit anywhere or use pools or hot tub. The beach and water we would never get in or use because it was nasty and had terrible odors. We checked out the same day. If you’re looking for spring break, gone wild low budget this place is good. I highly recommend going to a Isla Mujeres if you are a better experience.

Property is very clean and beautiful. Staff is excellent character and accommodating. Food is all good along with entertainment. The evening Bash events are okay, but way to load and the type of music is awful. I’m sure copy rights to songs are the reason they play only the first verse of songs and overlay their beat and music, which is all the same music every song. That’s my only disappointment.
