Excellent, lovely hotel.
Out stay was amazing. We loved the room. I have a few suggestions—it would help to have a towel rack for a hand towel and washcloth close to the sink. There were also a few small things that were perplexing. It is great to have a duvet, but why was there no fitted duvet cover, instead extra flat sheets that did not stay place. Also, we really liked have a bathtub, but the hand-held sprayed seemed to have been installed upside-down! there was no way to use the sprayer while sitting in the tub. Breakfast was very good, but at first we could not find anyone in the dining area.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been in.
Honestly this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I loved the perfect combination of classic architecture and modern amenities. The rooms were enormous, king sized bed, couches, large bathrooms and high ceilings, all without feeling cluttered. Although the building was older the amenities were modern and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The late (noon) checkout was really helpful as well. All and all I can’t say enough about the hotel and I’ll definitely stay again if I get the opportunity.

This is a strange review to write. The front desk staff and valet were great. Very accommodating after we had an issue with a room, and made it right for us. Bed and room were both super comfortable. But, for a nice hotel there were a few weird things. The worst being that it was honestly just the worst tv programming I’ve experienced in a hotel in the last 20 years or so. No streaming options whatsoever or even an interactive guide to see what’s on. There was one guide channel that was an hour ahead of the actual time, and the programming took too long to load on that channel, so you were unable to see which programs were even going to be on in an hour. So, you were relegated to flipping through the 40 basic cable channels like it was 1993 again. Not a big deal to some, but my wife likes to shop and I just wanted to relax and watch a movie. I ended up just watching my phone the whole time. But again, if you had a reason to be in that area, this place is fine. It was mostly clean and comfortable, and the price was right.
