We were very disappointed with this hotel. The whole experience was very transactional. Service provided was minimal including very limited menu items available on room service yet magically you could access everything on a click and collect basis? Not really room service then.
The shuttle bus is old, dirty and over crowded with no guarantee you will get the time you need due to first in best dressed rather than booking. We would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. I do recommend the Ashling hotel which was excellent!

Overall very good. Aiming to interact primarily online eg check in and checkout, biking parking etc with little to no human interaction. Staff a little rude when approached.

My second stay while travelling to the airport and it’s still a friendly and welcome hotel, safe and clean. I found the food options tricky especially when I really just wanted to finish my repacking and get room service. Plenty of food options just limited for evening time to the rim.

Smart modern hotel very convenient for the airport. Free shuttle bus running 24/7, every 20 - 30 minutes. Rooms large clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the Italian restaurant where service was very slow despite having numerous staff on duty. I expect to have a drinks order taken shortly after being seated, and staff being attentive to diners. Also some inconsistency in the online hotel information app, such as being advised to book for breakfast, then informed at the restaurant that we didn't have to, and room service click and collect not responding. Minor niggles and easily fixed by management. Overall very good and I'd stay there again.

The Italian kitchen is excellent, although I rang to make a booking and the receptionist tells me no booking was required. However when I arrived at 18:00 I was told a table for 7 was not a possibility, however an second member of the staff was able to find a suitable alternative option. Thankfully I was able to enjoy a lovely evening with my cousins and uncle before flying back to Sydney. This is great service.
