Very friendly bloke on the reception desk. Perfect hotel for a single traveler. Small rooms, but really well set up and comfortable.

New fitout throughout is nice. Location central to O'Connell St and near Airbus stop round the corner. But the place felt like an upmarket backpackers and the room was tiny. Nowhere to put our (carry on only) bags and beds felt oddly short. We could not move without bumping into the TV, tea/coffee shelf, our bags, each other. Bathroom tiny too - but shower good although leaked copiously onto floor. Seasoned travellers who value comfort and space over gadgetry and 'mood lighting' are not the target market for this hotel.
