We were really satisfied with the hotel, especially with the Staff. We had a warm welcome. They are informed and very helpful. The hotel is in the downtown, everything is nearby. The room is well equipped. The breakfast was perfect with variety choice, I tried the Spa on the 1st floor & it’s very good, Lan was perfect & funny.We highly recommend the hotel and wish to come back again!

A wonderful Ha Long Bay journey, especially in the arrangement of the details is very perfect from hotel staff, fully feel the enthusiasm of the city of Hanoi, in addition, the scenery is really very beautiful, Like a fairyland scenery. They went above and beyond to recommend the best in Hanoi, Hoan Kiem lake, the night market in the walking distance, perfect location, the car could pick up & drop off up to the hotel door. The room was spacious, well equipped but need to update newer. The breakfast was great, variety selection.

Everything is great in the hotel and members are well-trained and so friendly. The hotel is located in the center of the city, so it takes only few minutes to get to the convenient store, local restaurant, the night market, Hoan kiem lake,…etc. It’s so convenient. Fantastic stay here, very central location close to old quarters sights. We booked last minute because of a change in our itinerary. Hotel was very accommodating, and even upgraded our room. Very friendly staff Andrew and his team. The breakfast was delicious too!

Great location in old quarter Hanoi, this little hotel is good value stay, comfortable room with good breakfast, walking distance to the night market, Kiem lake. My room is Superior Room ( the cheapest one ) so It was small but comfortable. Breakfast menu had great variety and food choices changed slightly on different days. The spa was convenient and reasonably priced easy to book. Hotel staff was very attentive, we were able to keep our luggage there for 2 days for our overnight trip to Ha long bay.

We stayed for several nights in this hotel. The room was clean but decor a bit dated. At night, we had a room facing the street, and could hear the honking from bikes and cars all night, but I got use to it.BUT, I had the best hotel stay experience in this hotel! The staff was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Every morning, I look forward to the friendly smiles of the staff at breakfast. They were also super efficient. The pho was so good! And the breakfast area is very cosy. Lovely stay.
