Posted 3 Mar. 2024 on HotelsThe restarnt to have breakfast, it is terrible. Nobody know how to service for the guest. They misunderstand .they need to manage guest and the guest must follow their order. Who is the manager in there the manager also don't know how to training their staffs for.thenguest service. Dishes prepared in restarnt are not suitable suze and purpose. It's same as 3 stars hotel in Vietnam.
Thw room conditions also not good. So many foods malfunction and brocken already then not yet repaired.
Just houskeeping try to keep good service but it's not enough to make guest feel satisfy.
The manager in this hotel must get audit fir whole manager what are they do for the guest satisfy or they stealing the money for the guest service satisfy to make their own belly feel full.

Hands down, This is one of the best hotels in Hanoi. The staff is amazing, professional and friendly. They definitely kept us informed, about the fact that it’s a the Lunar New Year ( Year of the Dragon) celebration. Might affect opening time of the restaurants and other activities. Now, the rooms are very clean and well kept. Oh and did I mention, I loved the heated toilet seat 😂. The food is excellent and u can definitely expect to get excellent service too… The great location. Everything u need and more is at this hotel.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again in the future…
