I stayed at this hotel twice this year, first tine experience was good second time I wasn’t happy. There were some black hair on my bathtub when I checked in. Duvet cover had a hole, shower faucet was not attached to the wall property. I also went for a massage with a friend at the hotel and both of us were not happy with the way the massage was done, it wasn’t professional, the day before in old town for half price we got a better quality massage. I rate this hotel 4 star.

The staff was exceptionally helpful my stomach wasnt feeling so great and they gave us a free late check out which really was so nice. The property is amazing, the spa is lovely and all facilities are kept to a high standard of excellence
