We were quite pleasantly surprised as we
ended up staying in a deluxe suite instead of the classic room we had originally booked. The staff are amazing and very friendly with great customer service. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Fantastic location on Southbank, walkable to most London sites, one block from underground. Friendly and efficient staff. Kitchen in room, with gym and restaurant/bar on site.
Convenient location to many landmarks. Room was spacious. However, could not get the air to work, or the stove, and did have hot water on last night or morning. Also, housekeeping was very noisy when cleaning room next to us. Continually banging something against the shared wall.
The only strange thing was that the heating was turned off automatically at 2:00 AM every night because of hotel's eco-friendly policies.
However, we asked to make an exception from this rule for our room and they did.
In general everything was more than enough for a comfortable stay.
