I like that it was close to a major subway hub easy to get around. Walking is also an option - 20 minutes from anything major or interesting. I did not like that you had to come down for coffee. $15 credit does not go far and sometimes you just want to sip your coffee in your pajamas with your hair unbrushed. Coffee maker available if you ask for it I found out later from one of the reviewers. Also a minus no microwave, so you cannot get your coffee the day before and heat it in the morning. As you can see, coffee is very important, lol.

The location was great! Lots of little shops around and the subway was so close! Hotel was really nice and well maintained. The only thing is that you have to keep in mind that when picking up your vehicle from valet, you’ll have to wait about 30 minutes depending how busy they are. Overall the stay was great! Definitely recommend!

We loved being so close to Grand Central, it made travel throughout the City so much more convenient, especially because we came when it was cold and windy. The bathroom is teeny tiny. There isn't much room to store any toiletries without moving towels and then there isn't another place for towels. There is a small ledge under the mirror which is nice to have for toiletries that can't go anywhere else, but then it means washing your face over the sink basin is slightly obstructed. However, it's NYC, so I'll take what I can get and this hotel is pretty great otherwise. They are diligent about making sure you're a hotel guest in the entrance before accessing the lobby and elevators, so that helped us feel safer. Being right next to Grand Central is super convenient but it does make for lots of traffic and wanderers so the extra security is important. Would definitely consider staying again, especially for those trips where you want to go lots of places and not just to TS/Broadway.
