I had a great time at the charm resort it was close to everything. It was about ten minutes walk to patong beach and the beach was also right cross the street. They staff was very friendly and hands on. The only Thing I didn't like that people was throwing food off the balcony, which brought a lot of bugs by our pool deck. The breakfast was ok but the serve the same thing everyday. Also the egg station the egg was not cook well. But overall my stay was ok

Great hotel
Posted 24 Feb. 2024 on HotelsLoved this hotel! We had the pool access room which was definitely worth paying extra for. The actual hotel pool is also fabulous with a lovely view. Staff were very friendly and it’s a great location if you are staying in patong (right by the beach, close to restaurants/bars but also quiet)

Convenient location, across a main road to the beach. Very expensive accommodation. Glass panels cracked on balconies. After first 2 nights I got a bar bill pushed through the door. They had my credit card details and I said it would be settled on check out. The maids emptied the jacuzzi daily which was annoying as it took an hour to fill up. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

The evening staff was rude and needed retraining. There was a misunderstanding from Expedia and the hotel side and instead of figuring out the next day and check us in (we arrived at 12am but was forced to wait outside and wasn't able to check in until nearly 2am). We had to talk to Expedia for the issue to moved forward. We were really upset and unhappy. Unfortunately we couldn't get the refund and ended up staying. The service for the rest of the stay was not too bad but that first night left a huge bad impression.

Stayed at the charm couple times now
But now it’s overpriced and breakfast was low quality
