After hours process needs better communicating in the information. Communication needs to be better as some people do not always have mobile access in their area. The “deodorising” after smokers use the rooms not very good.

Handy to the airport and the car rental company. Easy parking.

It was close to the airport which was good. We were allocated a room that wasnt made up on arrival. Requested a ground floor but had to take and upstairs which wasn’t good for medical reasons.. Too many heavy doors to drag bags to access upstairs.

The bed was hard and the traffic noise through the night was constant and noticable.

Very clean. Lovely Shower. Roomy. Reasonable rates. The lighting wan’t strong enough

We liked the fact. there was sheets and rug on the bed instead of those confounded dooners. Thank you.

Didn't like the traffic noise and room not dark enough. Also TV didn't work.
