Great family getaway
Absolutely wonderful, tons to do onsite for the whole family. Full arcade with a mini bowling alley, 2 restaurants and a candy shop & tons of activities for the kids. The room was very clean and roomy, they even had a treasure hunt inside the room with prizes. 10/10 highly recommended

Way to expensive for what little there is there
It says that it has a underwater park which it does not it was not open yet as well as it said our motel room would have a sauna or hot tub whatever in it and it did not and the two bedroom small room and whenever you get there you have to pay another $100 on top of whatever you pay through here and pretty much they don't tell you what time checkout is and check out's at 10 not like everywhere else 11:00 and so you get charged $56.50 for staying over if you say over which you're not told that to check out that 10 and I was very very disappointed in the place it was very expensive it was not somewhere that I thought I would go I'd go to the wilderness any day over this place .. TOO TOO HIGH FOR THE PLACE I AM SO DISGUSTED ON WHAT I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS PLACE OVERALL THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY EXCEPT THE MORNING PERSON THEN AT CHECKOUT WAS VERY RUDE!

We were in town for an event that ran late into the night. We had checked in prior to the event but we we got back late that night there were NO parking spots available. We went inside to ask where we were supposed to park and were told down the street at another building or up on the main road at TGI Fridays. I asked if those were our only options because they were both a long way from the hotel and were told we could possibly park next to the sidewalk. They told us they had never seen anyone towed but they could not tell us it was ok to park there. We did park at the sidewalk because it seemed safer than walking the streets in the middle of the night but we had trouble sleeping thinking that our car may not be there in the morning. All ended up fine but the hotel definitely needs to make sure thtt we y have enough parking for all of their guests.

Upon arrival there were people being arrested in the parking lot. The check in staff were very nice, that’s about all that was nice about the hotel. The room was dirty, the sheets clearly hadn’t been changed/washed. The bathroom towels had stains.

This resort is perfect for kids. They have so many activities, such as gem mining$, bowling$, arcade$, build-a-bear similar$, and many planned (free) activities for the whole day. My kids could have easily spent their whole day there doing all the free activities they had going on. They also have an ice cream shop, sweet shop (donuts/cupcakes/popcorn, etc.), pizza place and breakfast place. We ate at both food locations that they offer and both were very good. You also could not beat the cost of the breakfast place, as they allow two adults at 15.99 with two free children. Any extra children is $10 I believe. For all five of us it was only $33 for all you can eat breakfast platter. The downfall during our stay was that there was no indoor pool. That was not stated when we booked. They are remodeling their old pool into an indoor waterpark, which they said is projected to be done January 2025. However, if you stay during summertime, kids will have an outdoor waterpark and pool to enjoy. All of the staff went above and beyond to be super nice to everyone around. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and will be looking into staying again, especially when their waterpark is open.
