The hotel was fabulous and rooms very spacious and cozy. TV service could be improved by adding Netflix or more english channels. Food was great as well and activities around the pool were fabulous. The girls at the front desk and concierge were amazingly sweet and professional. I highly recommend this resort.

This hotel has potential. The surroundings are beautiful. The pools are lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are big but could use a bit of updating. Unfortunately, the food, restaurant and drinks are lacking. 25 years of visiting several different resorts and this was the worst food and beverage encounter. Aside from fresh eggs at breakfast, most food sit under lamps for hours. 6/12 of us got food poisoning we think was from the buffet fish… one ended up in hospital due to excessive vomiting. This was not over drinking… this is gastro that continued the whole trip. They need to focus on quality not quantity. When we talked nicely to the manager, there was no attempt at customer service. No attempt at any offer of apology. Our gang lost 3 days to illness and concern over our hospitalized friend. No attempt to make things better. This food poisoning seems to be something happening the last few months. Read the reviews. Until it is fixed you should stay away.
