The hotel was clean, which is very important to me! The customer and housekeeping services were great with attentiveness and accommodation. For instance, I am allergic to feathered materials, so I asked for cotton pillows and comforter/blanket. The lady at the front desk (forgot her name) immediately called housekeeping to convert my room to cotton only. The housekeeping lady was really nice while doing her job with a smile (needless to say I did tip her). However, the hotel is next to a train track, and I was woken up by the train "choo choo" sounds with both days staying there... not once, not twice but three times in the middle of the night. In addition, there were people talking really loud around 1 a.m., which also woke me up. I had early meetings on both days, and being woken up both days with the loud train and people talking noises was exhausting and frustrating. I will only come back there if I am desperate. If you do not mind being woken up in the middle of the night with the loud train sound and people talking then by all means.

Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the hot tub was being worked on, that’s why I gave a 4 star instead of 5 because my husband could have used it! Nice lounge in the lobby. Super close to everything. We will be back next month. Highly recommend!!
