Really fun, family-friendly hotel! Staff were very attentive and friendly. SO many amenities here. We live close by in San Jose and come up for overnight stays every few months or so. We will definitely return here. This area of SF is very clean and safe, in spite of what bad news you might have heard about the City.

Heating/Ac very noisy. This was the first hotel that did not have a coffee maker, fan in the bathroom, microwave. The site was clean and the staff efficient. With both the clogged toilet and noisy heater, maintainence was fast and knowledgeable. Did hate the picture of Golden Gate Bridge being attacked by a huge octopus.

The staff at Hotel Caza made my experience, specifically Vanessa at the front desk and Rachel at the bar. I stayed at hotel Caza for 6 nights and everyone on staff was kind and courteous. The hotel was clean and in a convenient location. I will absolutely stay there again when I’m in San Francisco.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Free bikes and umbrella were amazing to use. Would have given it a 5 star except they was a crazy noise that came from the building across the alley from our window. Soooo loud there was no way to sleep. They did move us rooms to help but the second room was on the first floor corner and not as nice. I know it’s not the hotels fault but unfortunately it affects the guests.
