Really enjoyed staying here! Rooms are a little outdated but that didn’t bother me at all since everything was well maintained and clean. Location was great, we were near bus stops and subway station so it was easy to get around. We went with our two kids (3y and a baby) so we booked the room with the bunkbeds. This was a lot of fun for the 3 year old since they had toys in the room as well. They also provided a crib for the baby. Overall very happy with the stay (especially at this price point) and would definitely stay again!

Subpar across the board

For whatever reason, the gym was closed despite the front desk not say anything about that when I checked in. The clerk also had a bit of attitude. The restaurants in the building are subpar at best. looking at the Korean reviews, most of them rank average to poor with a mention that its expensive because its in a hotel. Not the worst play Ive stayed at in Korea but Id take my business elsewhere next time.

Koreana Hotel location was great. However, hotel is quite dated and tired compared to others we’ve seen. It only has two washers and dryers that were not enough to service hundreds of rooms. The laundry was always occupied that made it inconvenient. It also did not have enough seats in the lobby so it was a little inconvenient for older guests.
