The most fabulous hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! It is glorious. So spacious and quality at every turn. Restaurant was great. Well worth it!

Check in process was overly long. Rooms were not available until 2 hrs after 3pm check in. Location is great and the art deco style of hotel is beautiful. But the rooms were dusty and the fold out couch bed stained. Despite complaints it was still not appropriately cleaned.

First time ever after using Wotif for years with no issues, reception asked for proof from Wotif that $ had been paid/ collected. I have never been asked this before- put a damper on the evening.
Also- no face washers at all, very threadbare towels for price charged.
