It’s hard to dislike anything in Vienna. That said, I had a difficult time communicating with the staff prior to our arrival. Email was missed…too complicated to get into. I think we were put into the cheapest unit in the classification of room we booked. There were stairs inside the unit without a handrail. I had specifically filtered for no stairs when I searched because I have severe problems with my balance. How we got that unit I will never know and I was told there was nothing else available. The Concierge staff was mixed. Some were extremely helpful, some were lackadaisical. There were several little things that were missing from the room, like soap in the bathtub, for one. But it was clean and close to the best neighborhood.

We loved this place. They made a special effort to make it particularly charming, including things such as scented reception area and pillows. The in-room kitchen was convenient. We were happy to have a bathtub. The building is beautiful. The price was reasonable and the quality was extremely high.
